The average member of Goonswarm is a nice enough guy, just trying to play the game. Goon also has a number of high-profile posters who post the most insane smack and horrendously tasteless jokes. Goon leadership in my experience is very levelheaded and cool to work with even though we are no longer blue to them. I am sure every ally of Goons realizes they have some very tasteless posters, but decided its not that important. You know, there is a different between not seeing and not caring. Paraphrasing Kissinger (I think):"They may be bastards, but at least they're our bastards".
