I never bought into any of these conspiracy theories or anything. I thought all the people who supported Ron Paul for Presidents were nutjobs but I recently decided to check this stuff out for myself. I must admit some of this stuff makes sense.
Ig you go to youtube and search "cfr" you'll find a lot of interesting vids about the council on foreign relations. Or just do a google search for "alex jones" he has a bunch of vids. Check out the Video on google video called "matrix of evil". Anyone know anything about this stuff?
I am not a complete believer but I do have an open mind.

I have become acquainted with that subculture over many years using/modding forums.
It is all tinfoil.
Sometimes there are genuine individuals and grains of truth referenced, but only because they are co-opted into the narrative. Actually those people have no respect for real expertise. You tell them what's what in energy policy, read and summarise reports, chew real data, they repay you by connecting it to crop circles and owl worship. They talk about reading between the lines, but most actually cannot even when you hand them a paper (as if any of them bother doing their own primary research). Often they cannot even spot what is significant, even if their attention is drawn to it twice on its own line. It is like watching rats in a maze sometimes. Them and their red pills. Meh.
For people claiming to be uncovering the greatest conspiracies of all time, their abilities sure leave me feeling underwhelmed. I have seen examples of blatant plagiarism, spiced up of course. I get the feeling that's where half their material comes from, appropriating others' attempts to educate. Pretty funny hearing your own words after they have been through that echo chamber.
These days I snap off a sarky reply if I can be bothered. Usually not. Their ignorance pays my EVE subscription. Taxation without representation, ain't it a *****.

The biggest problem you will have discussing the issues in public are the people you run into like the poster above who really knows what is going on and has for a very long time and actually approves of it.
They will deny any conspiracy exists and for many of them they are probably speaking truthfully from their point of view simply because to them it is not a conspiracy. It is just the way it has always been. That of course is true as what is going on today has been going on for many decades.
Such people feel quite at home living in a fascist police state. In effect when you come into contact with these people they will call anyone who points out the hypocrisy of the false reality of freedom that is projected to the public as a tin foil loon.
The truth is that television and mainstream media is nothing but a very well honed propaganda weapon that is the primary tool for conditioning the masses to accept what has been planned for many decades and that we now see emerging to a full fruition. The first President Bush announced to the world that it would begin in ten years on September 11, 1991. It did just that to the very day. These people do not fool arround. They are tyrants and mass murderers who regard populations of people as no better than cattle.
The people who call the truthseekers tin foil conspiracy theorists conveniently ignore all the historical facts that proove beyond a shadow of a doubt how things work in the real world and refuse to admit openly that it is still being done today in the same manner. It is business as usual to them. These are same people who turn a blind eye to the intentional genocide of whole populations because to them it is an acceptable trade off to advance the global order. (NWO)
Such people by default make up the bulk of the cadre of what is termed Cointelpro. They would be referred to as Torries in American Revolutionary terms.
I prefer the term traitor.

alex jones is laughable. his strategy is basically to claim that he has rock-solid proof of all these different conspiracy theories, but if you actually look at the primary sources he references you will see no such evidence.
case in point, his video on Bohemian Grove: clicky
he has used this video many times to claim that he has solid evidence that major world leaders are involved in satan worship and human sacrifice. if you actually watch the video, it shows nothing of the sort.

ok i'll comment on that specific one. u know what they're doing? they're sacrificing a human in EFFIGY (meaning it's not a human it's a pretend human) in a casket, they call it the cremation of care (to remove their cares while they are there and just relax). aside it being completely illegal for politicians and business men to socialize that. There is also the thing that there's a big owl statue symbolizing molech. (i'll let you look up molech himself).
now the point is. first off it's illegal for them to meeet like that, it's closed off and guarded by security guards, secondly on the brochure, there's the bones of a small child. thirdly, most of them probably don't have any clue what they're doing with the whole occult ceremony (which is what it is).
ask yourself, what is the difference, from going to church and eating the "blood of the lamb" in effigy to worship jesus, or instead sacrificing a human in effigy and calling it "care", and sacrificing it to worshipping molech?
(eventhough eating the blood of the lamb is a misinterpretation of matthew because ur not supposed to eat the physical flesh, j said (according to scripture) that he gave his flesh to show us that we had immortal life and the church things they have to eat him, and furthermore you're not supposed to worship jesus the man ur supposed to "worship" all that is for all is one according to scripture).
so i don't really see what it is you find laughable, maybe it's just because you don't understand it. anyways, just wanted to comment on that part.

I just watched that video you posted. Everything in it is true with the one possible exception that they actually worship the idol. However, the members of the Bohemian Grove have countered to explain away their fixation with that idol as it being part of their yearly party retreat.
They really do hold what they say are "MOCK" worship services with "MOCK" human sacrifices.
Can you blame Alex Jones for calling a duck that walks, talks, and looks like a duck; A DUCK?
Add to Bohemian Grove the BOY's Town Child Sex Scandal that was exposed and then covered up with no investigation, or prosicution of the Washington Politicians that were paying for their pedaphilic perversity (and likely still are). It went all the way to the White House, but hey why should the Vatican have exclusive privilages to satisfy their lust; right?

Leviticus 18:10 -> meaning don't sacrifice children through the fire (burning them) to molech.
now the point is. first off it's illegal for them to meeet like that, it's closed off and guarded by security guards, secondly on the brochure, there's the bones of a small child. thirdly, most of them probably don't have any clue what they're doing with the whole occult ceremony (which is what it is).

(eventhough eating the blood of the lamb is a misinterpretation of matthew because ur not supposed to eat the physical flesh, j said (according to scripture) that he gave his flesh to show us that we had immortal life and the church things they have to eat him to get immortal life (facepalm), and furthermore you're not supposed to worship jesus the man you're supposed to "worship" all that is as holy, for all is one according to scripture).

im not sure i follow your argument here. you are saying that behemian grove is just like christianity and is therefore a conspiracy?
anyway, the problem here is (as you mention) the secret meeting of politicians and businessmen. the fact that they engage in some kind of arcane ceremony is pretty much irrelevant, and focusing on that just dumbs down the conversation about the real problems. that is my basic objection to Alex Jones.
Bohemian Grove is nothing more than another way that rich people and politicians get together and scratch eachother's backs.

well the ceremony might be irellevant to you but read my post that i added to above you'll see what exactly the ceremony is about, then you'll see why it's mb not as casual as you think it is. no i'm not saying it's christianity, but i am saying it's worship of molech using the statue as an alter in the guise of it being "the cremation of care", and i'm saying look up molech/moloch.
and yes politicians and businessmen meeting like that is illegal, and them wearing cloaks and hoods is too, not to mention the membership of those secret "gatherings" are often elected into positions of power if they are not allready in power when they attend the meetings.

Sometimes there are genuine conspiracies, but most of the time it's bull.
Only one I can say I honestly think is a Conspiracy is the Christian religion as a method for the Romans to try and stop the Empire crumbling away too fast. It started as a method of control and..... kind of got out of hand when the Romans started taking it as the truth aswell.
Just look at Jesus background, 3 days on a cross, ressurected and had a virgin mother. Also had 12 companions (disciples) and was born under a star with 3 kings.
Compare and contrast with other sun gods and you have to wonder why they didn't try and spice it up to make it more original.....

I presume your talking about the Boy's Town Scandal.
It made it into the Washington Post and was backed up with documented hard evidence. A documentary was made about it and was scheduled to air on the Discovery Channel, but it was pulled and never shown to the public.
You can probably still find the video floating arround it has been years since I researched the evidence available, but its there if your interested. Should be anyway.
It was the Reagan Era. You have to as interested as an investigative journalist if you want to find the truth.
Do your own research. Then you will know.

well partially true partially false, the bible is from egyptian creation myths, the sphinx is from 12000 years bc before a big cataclysm that happened, was originally a lion and had it's withered head reshaped by the pharao's of the 4th dynasty to resemble a pharao. moses indeed got a lot of his stuff from stumbling upon "various things" and yes the roman empires influence on christianity has had the worst effect ever on it and turned it into what we know today in order to control ppl with certain interpretations, some omissions and many alterations.

corruption and power-brokering are nothing new. i still fail to see the relevance of the ceremony and the robes and everything.

i'm not saying conspiracy, i'm just saying they're worshipping a deity that is known to have been worshipped by sacrificing real children, and that they're doing that in effigy which means they condone it, which is not something you should just trivialize.
and i'm saying you should be concerned about the "cream of the crop" of human society partaking in such things. since they're the ones who are "in charge" of our civilization currently, which says a lot about where they want us to be heading. and i'm asking you is that where you want to go?

I have enough reason to be concerned about those people without thinking of them as some kind of devil worshipers. these are people who are obviously corrupt in many verifiable ways, and engaging in conjecture like this simply distracts people's attention from the truly important facts.
you are talking about people like Ronald Reagan and Newt Gingrich, and the heads of such corporations as Bechtel, Chevron, and GE. These people are already evil enough without being "moloch worshipers" or w/e, and you are just making the discussion alot dumber with these claims.

well it's not theories or claims, when you something to back it up with. if anyone is dumbing it down it's them for performing such ceremonies. i'm just telling you what it is they're doing. don't blame me for their actions.
edit: oh you mean the serpent race that is mentioned in the bible and many other ancient texts, that talked to ancient humans gave them knowledge technology they weren't ready for so we screwed eachother up and had to have our lifespan reduced so that we would accumulate technology and wisdom more in tandem so we would actually be wise enough to use knowledge and technology for freedom and peace instead of cataclysmic destruction (symbolically called cut off from the tree of life (no more immortal physical lifespan, and partially cut off from the fullness of the tree of knowledge till we were ready for it)? unless you think snakes that crawl on the ground can talk offcourse.
nah david icke isn't all right lol, let me explain what you did.. you researched it, came to david icke, saw that he was somewhat off his rocker with some of the stuff and then proclaimed it all bs.. not exactly logic worthy of sherlock holmes bro, things are not just mutually exclusive or black & white, there are many "grey areas", research egyptian culture instead, and backtrack from there. if you want to know about the present, then understand the past.

believe me, i got well in to alex jones and all the rest, and yes i know that david icke is not widely accepted among the conspiracy community. these people engage in way too much conjecture and tend to ignore the things that we can really verify. it saddens me, as it is totaly counter-productive to the goal of getting rid of all the corruption and power brokering that actually does go on.
and the bible is just a bunch of myths, just like any other set of mythology. the fact that other cultures were telling similar stories before the bible came along does not prove they have even a grain of literal truth in them, and it certainly doesnt have anything to do with all this NWO nonsense.

believe me, i got well in to alex jones and all the rest, and yes i know that david icke is not widely accepted among the conspiracy community. these people engage in way too much conjecture and tend to ignore the things that we can really verify. it saddens me, as it is totaly counter-productive to the goal of getting rid of all the corruption and power brokering that actually does go on.
and the bible is just a bunch of myths, just like any other set of mythology. the fact that other cultures were telling similar stories before the bible came along does not prove they have even a grain of literal truth in them, and it certainly doesnt have anything to do with all this NWO nonsense.
well it is myth and other cultures were indeed telling similar stories thousand upon thousands of years before, which is really the "nail" you should be "hammering on hard". and taking it from there. it's not all rubbish, but there's lies mixed with truth in it. if you start finding out where exactly the stuff in the bible comes from, you'll see it's not all rubbish yet some of it is, and that there's truth to it but not all of it, and you'll start seeing the bible for what it is, a put together doctrine trying to explain the ancient tales of the vast and buried(yet to be found)/distant past of humanity (that was immensely more advanced than us but had a cataclysmic event happen to them). which caused civilization to be "rebooted" and some ppl found some of these buried "messages from the past" and tried to sorta patch it together with the parts the understood of it, and make it into a somewhat coherent guideline for the future evolution of our civilization, since we were pretty much back to square one after the cataclysm thousands of years "bc", why do you think nobody even knew jesus existed, cause the tales of the avatar was from a different age, far far older than 2000 years ago. i just say jesus for simplification, you gotta talk to ppl in the language they understand till ppl are ready to take it to another level.
in that context you'll start to begin to put things together and not take everything literally, and looking between the lines.

if you have anything that actually proves this stuff, please post a link or book title or something. i have done quite a bit of research myself and never seen anything that i could reasonably call proof that there was an advanced civilization before us. please please please show me your sources.
and btw, just showing similar themes in the myths of various cultures is not proof.
