lol harbinger is probably one of the best pvp bc. Last time I killed 1 Drake and 1 Myrmidon in it. I Frapsed it if you want to see how to fit it properly 
now go away troll

Well, if you get a geddon you get more dps, range and tank at the price of a little more ISK. I dunno why everybody is so fond of BCs lately.

lol @ u harby is the best bc easily with buffer armor tank and all close range lazers u get far more dps then ne other bc and a good tank.
If there is one bc that needs a buff its the cyclone/prophecy

The Harbinger is totally awesome as it is. Any boost now will result in a hefty nerfbat swing later. Or, seeing as what CCP sees as 'boost' currently, we might receive a 3 laser / 3 launcher Harbinger with -1 low +1 mid... no thanks.

The Harbinger is a fine ship in itself, but I'm not so sure it's quite to the same level than the other three tier2 BC.
The Drake with HAM can do quite a bit of DPS, with a very decent passive tank doing a decent HP buffer, no cap used by weapons and 100% damage type polyvalence.
The Myrmidon can outdps the harbinger while still having a slightly better tank.
The Hurricane can have a scary number of armor HP with a AC+plated fit.

The Harbringer is fine. I think the boost you need is in your skills, bcause the 1 low for a tank is not needed, as the tank in this is awesome (I can tank 3 1.25mil bounty BS Rats and can give most HAC's a run for their money).
The Mid slot, what else do you need? Yes, you can always use an extra mid slot for something, but if fitted right you have very little PWRGRID or CPU left for anything else that can be of real use.
so in other words... Boost your skills, and you will be fine.

I think the Harbniger needs boosted as:
- 1 low, +10m^3 drone bay
+1 turret, -25 CPU
- damage bonus, +cap amount bonus
It seems to be how CCP boosts recently (see abortive Deimos "boost").

Harbinger - 'I' before 'N', DEFINITELY no 'L's involved at all -_-.
I have no idea how it works or actually ever seen one, so i couldn't give a crap to what CCP do to it as long as it's spelled correctly :).

Afterburners need a boost. Viable pvp w/ burner takes the harb from great bc, to greatest bc.

They should give ABs some web resistance, so that it could maintain better speed inside webrange than an mwd.
