As CEO of UMCON, I would like to make the announcement that TT's statement of "13/03/2008 18:59:03 Arach > pretty much entire umcon leadership that matters is in on it" does NOT include myself, nor anyone bar Raem Civrie and Selene Bork. The rest of the directors were NOT aware of this.
I have stripped Raem and Selene's roles, and the future of UMCON is being discussed as I type this. Even though we had our suspicions about TT and Selene, I realise that allowing this to take place under my nose reflects poorly on me as a CEO, and I would like to personally apologise to both Jim and shone for failing them.
That's about it for the moment, we will be making our own official announcement sometime in the next 24 hours.

i real feel for IAC membership for beeing abused as personal toy for tt and ghsc since so long, might even be founded purly for this purpose

Yes I and my compatriots (Raem and Selene) stole two Wyverns from members of UMCON, nobody else in UMCON was involved.

They let us take them by keeping them in CSMA in a corp where over 50 people had roles to remove, I don't feel bad about Jim's since him owning it was a liability for both corp and alliance, and frankly I'm not the only one who was thinking about taking it.
Shone's was simple opportunism, he's a rich, inactive player who buys stuff and doesn't use them (a shame in my opinion).
I sold Jim's Wyvern to Morris because I foolishly trusted him (yes I'm dumb) and we only had one Wyvern pilot available and didn't have much time to grab Shone's
It was always a risk, but losing 13-14 bil is OK when you get an officer pimped wyvern out of it.
Valeryana did catch us red-handed but she left UMCON on bad terms and she was too stupid to note the name of the wyvern pilot in local, so her story was easily discredited, sorry babe 
I'm leaving IAC without causing any further problems for them if I can help it, I really did do my best to make the alliance strong and I think I did a good job.
Don't bother trying to bribe me to take cyno jammers down on my way out (someone's already tried)
I think -A- cost themselves a lot of good fights by making this public, but that's just their style, they're cowards and realized IAC would obliterate them if they didn't weaken us by causing severe internal problems ;D
