IMO the entire economy(except for skillbooks)should be in the hands of the players. Civilian modules and until recently shuttles are/were the equivalent of government/CCP subsidies. This government loophole that was helpful 5 years ago in getting the economy off the ground is now antiquated and only serves as a yoke around the necks of new players. If the "elite" of EVE or the PvP'ers don't wish to dirty their hands and step into a barge or run missions,rat or participate in any other distasteful "carebear" activity occasionally for the ISK or materials they need they need to find another way to bankroll themselves. The government/CCP should abolish all game mechanics that take the economy out of the hands of the players. My 2 isk...er Trit

Certainly not in one location, and certainly not without going to EXTENSIVE effort - do you really think the overlords will haul things around many many stations?
