Until we see a rise in ship prices, the market value of Trit may not be an indicator of ship pricing, as the market may not be the major supplier of Trit to manufacturers.

What you need to take back is the value of your effort in Eve... Through the mistaken belief that your time is worth less than that of your OverLord Masters in the Zero Space Alliances... you willingly abandon the fruits of your labor from mission running or mining by readily undercutting the price you are willing to take and selling to the lowest bidder. And in the case of mining, the robbery was worse because the easiest ore to mine that the new players have access to is Veldspar.... which refines to Tritanium WHICH UNTIL THE LATEST PATCH WAS HELD DOWN TO A VALUE OF 3.60 ISK AT BEST because shuttles could be purchased and recycled for their trit content. NO LONGER! Now The masters of Eve are trembling in fear because they know they can no longer supply their Trit requirements without getting their hands dirty as they have in the past. They can no longer simply buy freighters full of shuttles to recycle. Now the price of Trit has little reason not to rise to the price level of the next recyclable NPC made item and that price is about 8.00 isK or so. I wasn't aware of this shuttle recycling mechanic previously (been playing a few months but still kinda newbish) Over the last few days there has been a definite noticeable climb in Tritanium price (3.25 up to about 3.73 now). May sound small but it can translate to millions in additional profit when selling large. I think I'll just stockpile trit at jita for the moment, and see just how far this price rise climbs. IMO the entire economy(except for skillbooks)should be in the hands of the players. Civilian modules and until recently shuttles are/were the equivalent of government/CCP subsidies. This government loophole that was helpful 5 years ago in getting the economy off the ground is now antiquated and only serves as a yoke around the necks of new players. If the "elite" of EVE or the PvP'ers don't wish to dirty their hands and step into a barge or run missions,rat or participate in any other distasteful "carebear" activity occasionally for the ISK or materials they need they need to find another way to bankroll themselves.
