If you had an agreement when we according to you we joined, why were you still shooting RSA and cod. I remember twice when we went to help you in c4c because you where getting outnumbered.

As for your comment about the PA claiming the credit, when did the PA claim the credit?.

Ummmmmmm We came before the RSA and you guys agreed to peace.
That would be why your guys could not understand why we were still fighting them. Also if we came after you guys made an agreement then how come we spent a evening camping with RKK, CELES and co in c4c. As it happens we were up in c4c but then had to pull back to empire to fight a war for RONA then we went back.
We have never looked for easy kills you ask any r-k pilot who was fighting them pretty much everyday (if you don't belive me we have some good fraps footage we can show you)
And our terms of surrender was the Tier 2 battleship (which we had previously lost to RSA forces)
Maybe we did not come when you first asked but we still came in the end as it happens.
On a final note Please Please point out were the PA have claimed credit for any of this.

If you came BEFORE we had an agreement with RSA, then surely you would have fought with F-E?
But since you had a NAP and have never fought with F-E, how is this possible?
If there were simply no F-E forces there, then surely an attack on F-E held space would still be a break of the NAP?
Or am I wrong.

rona kia was in our battle against RSA and its true as db preacher is saying that this happend in the late scenarios.
no one woundering either why there is appearing a green line from norad into tribute well cheers

To be honest I couldn't give a rats arse about mostof the stuff posted here about rkk and rona-kia. The facts are during rkk and their allies war with RSA they made an offer for RONA-KIA to go fight alongside them. We accepted for two reasons
1) it would be fun
2) it would give us an oppertunity to seek reprisals for the battleship we had lost in pb.
So we accepted, we joined the joint ops channel and headed down the day after accepting. We had no idea whether the war was going well or not.
We have never ever claimed that our been there changed the outcome of the war in anyway. Our been there was purley because we were invited.
The PA has not and will not claim credit for what happened in Fade space as the PA had nothing to do with it. Rona kia were acting on their own and the PA was more than aware of our position on the matter.
I honestly cannot see why people are trying to make an issue out of this.
Also why does making an annoucement about the PAs future intentions towards Vale/Tribute turn into a "PA claiming they have cleared those areas"? Again we (been the PA) has not tried to claim any responsbility for vale been clear of pirates. PA members have not been into vale for a long time due to the NAP we had with its previous owners.

Yes we had a NAP with the F-E, or fight was with RSA not
F-E on a few occasions we found ourselves sitting next to
F-E ships and both parties held true to the agreement.
Oh and Please Please Please point out where the PA claimed credit.

You where fighting F-E and RSA, we came to help you fight RSA, we couldn't fight F-E because the PA had a NAP. But we could help you fight the RSA.
Personally i didnt like the situation i would of prefered to help you kill whoever, but PA has a nap so i cant personaly break it.
Admitingly it was an odd situation and i hope not to have to go through again. Sorry if you feel betrayed because we couldn't help you kill F-E then, but we couldn't break the NAP.

I think you's are completely miss reading the topic, Halseth isn't saying anywhere that WE (THE PA) are taking credit and saying WE ALONE are going to keep tribute/vale open access.
He even states we will "work with our allies and other anti-pirate forces" he has not stated that the PA is claiming anything.
In simple terms he is just meaning PA reserves the right to patrol around there and try to do its part in helping the region clear out the pirates.

But arn't you declaring the space open? If so isn't it our right to patrol open space? Anyhow, you can all argue over a none issue for as long as you want. Actually I do see the point the PA is making here. Fundimentally they are doing what they should have done a long time ago and ditching a dishonourable NAP with the Forsaken Empire remnants.
Forsaken Empire is gone. The Curse Satrapy in Vale of the Silent and Tribute is gone.
I do understand why DB Preacher and RKK are upset at the tone though. Because fundimentally the FE NAP was dishonourable and base.
This is a return to honest dealing on the part of the PA and a gesture that deserves some recognition. But there should be no triumphalism since these are mistakes being corrected, not a flawless victory celebrated.
But I would say to people on both sides of the debate:
The true fight here is not PA vs RKK and allies. Its Curse vs whoever opposes the Tribute and Vale claim.
Only stupid men fight in a burning house.
The wise find common cause as and when it exists.
