Not the way you like it, but it is resolved : you so much as admitted you have sold GTCs unsecurely, and you have admited you did it because you didn't know it wasn't allowed. While unfortunate (and for the future, they might want to take some steps to make it more of a public knowledge that the ONLY allowed way of GTC trade is via the secure method), your situation was handled as best as it could have according to policies in place now. Thank you Akita . although iam still ****ed off with the outcome of this there is nothing more that i can do if possible i would also like to hear about other storys of people having ccp taking thier isk . even if they give it back .

The char name was Likescookies anything else you want ?? i will learn i will recover . just lets see how happy you are if you happen to get hit by a ccp hammer 0'ed wallet and temp ban is just as sufficent of punishment as what they have done to me why i cant get that i will never know it would not hurt ccp in any way or the player base ? people get temp bans for far less and worse mistakes i did one mistake and my wallet shows that ONE mistake no more i only traded with that character once . and that was 6 months ago but i know this is not going to happen as CCP have not given any reason as to why the punishment can not be shifted SO WHAT I DO WANT ccp to ammend the EULA so other people who trade with this trader dont get duped into the same fate as i and have to play this game not for fun but to be able to play this game to much to ask maybe ?

Markousa Minmatar Jita Hauling And Logistics	Posted - 2008.05.14 12:12:00 - [59] yes had 4 bill being the sum of it . yeah which iam doing to do also IF i could sell assets .. oh wait cant do that because you cant sell items . so what i will end up doing is giving it to a friend buy some other method that i have yet to work out get them to sell it and give me the money wait then i have to make sure this "friend" gives me the money back cause if i was to give the item to someone else they sell it and keep the isk . iam sure ccp wont say yeah here you go heres your isk it will be " sorry our logs dont show this " i have probally 2 bill left worth of assets but with no way to liquidate them my biggest gripe right at this momment
