I do. For all that never had the pleasure to fly with him, he got quite a low voice with a lot volume. He's a fin and you hear it (rolling Rs and everything). And he stays calm all the time. When you hear his voice you would take is as granted he is fighting with grizzlies for warm-up.

Oh hell yes, Xirtam hands down. Definitely the most charismatic voice in eve... one word "Chick-magnet". Though some may disagree... I say Foyle was just an exception.
He can also sound Optimistic and Pessimistic at the same time... always thought that was impressive.

If I knew of any other good FCs, I would have posted about them, but all the FCs I've ever flown with have frequently had people leaving their fleets due to lack of action (or they didn't know what they were doing.)

Interesting topic: I've noticed that the voice is almost as important as the tactical ability when leading Fleets. People just want to hear confidence and clarity from their FC.
I've had the pleasure of flying under a few of the FC's mentioned. For me, the British accents best convey that sort of calm and confidence best. Sort of a 'Cheerio Old Chap! Stand Firm and step over the bodies. The blimeys will be comming thru the gate soon, stiff upper lip and all that' Then when the fight starts its all cool and clear target calling, regardless of whether its us or the enemy being slaughtered.

Haven't flown with much yet, but i once had Spartan Dax as FC. He is in R.E.C.O.N. who are in Insurgency now.
That guy sounded exactly like a BBC1 DJ, and had a great sense of humor as well.

I'll second the Brits thing. I've had several good Brit FCs in different corps and they do tend to radiate calmness and competence under fire, two important traits when you're being OMGWFTBBQD!
Can also vouch for Rells of Agony Unleashed. That guy cra*ks me up. His voice sounds utterly destroyed even on a good day. You can tell from the sound of his kids in the background that he gets to yell a lot.
Scooter of Interstellar eXodus/R0ADKILL, who sounds so laid back and totally stoned 24/7. There's something faintly heartening about an alliance leader and FC who runs everything amazingly well, but sounds like he might have trouble figuring out where he put his car keys. :)
And I'll second that mention of Death'Scythe, also of IE. Many a time I've heard gangmates rhapsodizing out loud over his lazy Scottish brogue on particularly long zero sec roams. Rhapsodizing in a manly way, of course...

Hehe Tessa has an awesome accent was about the only thing that made ASCN freighter convoys semi bareable... from that time I always liked Genrom's accent this really laid back american accent that you always seemed to listen too.
Welsh Wizard was funny when he FC'd as I think he usually dual accounted and you could half the time hear him frantically tapping on his keyboard as he tried to kill people with his other account hehe.

And I can't remember his name, but the leader of the RIP alliance. The guy sounds like he's chewing gravel. It's perfect for a war hardened veteran leading his troops.
Oh, and one other guy I flew with on the weekend. He always said "Ladies" at the end of everything. It was really creepy sounding.

Fried had probably the most imperative and charismatic voice I've ever heard, it made you join the fleet instantly even if you were just going to shut it off and go to sleep, cause of early work next day.
Erathonos in fleet just meant that everyone was totally ****ing their pants while chasing nano's around in frigates, the Arnold commands were just pure comedy gold.

I RARELY yell at my children. They can be loud sometimes but usually a quiet warning about a "time out" will sort that.
The best voice I know of in eve, although Im not sure if she FCs now, is Nova Z. For a male, Blackcrowe and Waggi of AGONY both have voices like radio announcers. At any moment I expect either one to launch into the back text for a movie preview.

One of the Caldari militia scouts have a really pleasant voice actually. Not sure of the name, but he is nice to listen to.
Also had a horrible FC which were unable to... speak. Almost.

For the french community, I'd like to underline Joshua Cane's talent, but I don't know many FC (say 10/15). Never argue with anybody, never speak loud, never get angry at anybody. Icecold. And sympathic :)
On a really different problem, I know maybe the ideal FC for small gangs but he is not really qualyfying for the charismatic voice on the net. Quite angry, but soooooooo efficient.
