Would you agree? I use to hate nanos, now as a noob player sence 07' I found after using everything nano and spending alot cash on them . My survivability has gone way up. I can choose my fights easyly ,when somthing goes wrong I escape with ease.

Only if the battleship pilot sucks and can't fit his ship. No battleships should ever die to a fast cruiser sized ship. Except maybe a Curse, and even that is questionable.

Nano's are easy to counter, they are not the answer to everything. Even though I fly them all the time for 0.0, there are several situations in which I could die if baited correctly.

As a general rule, speed set up pilots don't hunt solo.
They will primary your Rapier/Huginn escort.
They will easily stay out of range of your heavy neuts and lock you down with ships/module that can do the job outside your neuts range... or simply play tag team warp scramble tag until you die.
Poor nano pilots don't stay nano pilots very long, your chances of encountering one is slim.
But yes, speed gangs can be countered if you set up for them specifically and use the proper tactics and teamwork. Here's a tip, being in a battleship is NOT an effective counter.

Yes plus it is also the amount of isk you spent on the setup so it doesn't matter if it is balanced or not. God Mode is okay as long as you pay for it.

Edit: I have no problems catching Vagabonds/Ishtars in my jaguar and web them, as long as they're not silly trillion-isk fits. I'm not using any polycarbs btw, so learn to play.
In fact, the only nanos that is really hard to catch is Curse or Huginn, then again you'd not catch them if they werent nanoed.

Nano is fine. We do NOT need a playstyle nerfed because people are imcompetent of anything but rolling their fat skulls on the keyboard. There are lots of counters, they've been proven, they work, we've been saying it for half a year but you outright dismiss it without even ******* trying. I'm sick of this bull****, if you can't kill them you outright suck and deserve to die, end. Sensible discussion is over from my part, it doesn't help, it doesn't go through, it has no use at all, so I'm bringing it to whiner level.

Factoring in the opportunity cost of losing multiple ships in situations where a nanoboat can easily escape, it works out very favourably in favour of the nanos. |

It's hard to tell if you're being sarcastic or not because, sadly, many people actually think this way.
If something costs an outrageous amount of money in EVE it's probably one of the following:
A) unique
B) incredibly rare
C) very costly to produce
or
D) broken overpowered
But, yeah. These forums seriously need some indicator that the post has ended and the sig has started.

I was being serious. i guess you haven't read all posts where the supporters of Nanos say it is okay "because the setups they use costs so much."
I am sure they are referring mostly to their Snakes and Rigs but it doesn't make their argument any less ridiculous. It doesn't change the fact that it is broken.
