Some of them work high level/high stress management jobs. And for them, I have nothing but respect. I've worked with them for long enough to see that they get the job done and they get it done good, but most importantly - they know what it takes it get it done. Then there is a large number of women who seem to think that work gets done auto-magically and feel entitled to whine when going gets a little tough. Those are the ones I'm attacking here. Other people at the depot just sit about in the evening. That's not so good.

Above all, don't lie, it will come back and bite you in the ass. If you want the best way to strike up a convo, find subject she's good at and ask if she would be willing to help you get better grades. Even if you're already fairly good at the subject yourself, you've broken the ice and you're now talking to her. You've also flattered her by suggesting she's better at the subject than you which is a good start.
