One or two BPO's for capital parts, so I can make ISK to actually buy and fit,
2 Revelations 
That should pretty much put most of it in the red ink on transactions. |

It would idd my friend - good job the 5billion is Spare isk & not whats only in the wallet :) but I have flown a cap ship & I can tell you sure its fun for the 1st week or two nice big shiny ship in station to go ooo ahh with - but when ur not sitting on a POS or shooting ships on a gate with t2 sents - they collect dust & cost far to much to maintain, give me a nano hac or abso any day ;) |

We use to play poker in GAME - I can tell you now I have lost & won many a isk !! & I do belive when poker comes to Ambulation Orange species from BOB will not be allowed to play at the table for his utter utter skills at poker!! |

First buy a GTC so I can afford to play before I deploy
Then buy the ships I need so oi can finally do a lvl 4 mission (can't afford a raven and not much time to grind)
Then I'd go to low sec, catch some noob, put him in structure, and open a convo. I'd demand 100 ISK and if he pays ill return it plus 2 bil

I would buy and fit some PvP ships and enjoy PvPing not having to worry about the financial loss of my ships. I've been holding back on PvP since I can't even afford a regular Raven yet. |

if i had 5 bil in cash in my wallet.... i probably did something wrong. i never have over a 100mil CASH... i always invest in something to generate isk.. if i need cash.. i liquidate...
having that much cash is a really big waste. |

- Spend it all on mercenaries and send them to kill people you either don't like, or just pick on some random corp target for lulz and giggles.
- Wait till ambulation, go the the roulette table, place it all on number 1. :D |

What to do with 5bil ISK?
Spend it on something rare or unique, althoug most really rare or unique items would likely cost more than 5bil ISK.
Find something in EvE that you would like to do but can't because of skill limitations and buy a character who can.
Pick a common and necessary market item (ice isotopes, high end mineral, ammo, etc.) in Jita and buy it all without reselling it there just to see if it has any kind of effect on the greater EvE market.
Fund a massive HiSec wardeccing spree just to watch.
Camp LoSec stations in fully insured capital ships.
Offer people gobs of money to do really stupid or bizzare things just to see if they will.
Drop random ships off in cans and see how many people will go get a hauler to pick them up. |

It seems that most of the ideas here are things you have already tried.
What about setting up a corp, and then war-decking as many corps as you can afford in high sec. Then go out in cheaply fitted T1 ships and see how many people you can kill before the declarations run out or you run out of isk/ships?
Failing that, you could be a benevolent player. Keep an eye out in the help chat channel, see which noobs are doing their level best to make EVE that little bit better for newer players, and give them some isk? I did this myself on my first toon and gave away about 1 bil a week (I was earning about 3 a week so it didn't bother me) and I felt good about myself.
or possibly none of the above, your choice Ryan.....
PS: If you choose my idea, don't give me the isk, just pick a noob somewhere and give it to them |

Eve can sometimes seem a cold harsh place. So I would show that in places it isn't by posting on a forum enough isk to change the way people play for a while. I would give away 1 billion isk to the 4 best answer to this question:
"So lets say you had 5 billion isk in ur wallet ready to use, what would you do with it ?"
