Constructive comments here, this is the place to get it noticed. Please don't start multiple threads and read the previous posted issues or known issues before posting your own. 
Known issues include: - Missile skills missing from market - Market window broken (95.1%) - Some cases missile launcher not autorepeating - Turret hitting being audited - Pods incorrectly display Criminal flag, they should not *Updating list
As always, Tech Level 2 additions are not visible from the market, they come through Research agents. First batch added roughly a week ago.
Server side hotfix is deployed today, Wednesday, in scheduled downtime. It fixes various stuck problems when entering/leaving solarsystems, some minor fixes to various agent missions, a scalability issue with large chat channels, various power manager modules such as Power Diagnostic were affecting the shield boost bonus of Shield Boost Amplifiers and the penality of Capacitor Power Relays, mass of Amarr frigates has been corrected, deep space frigate NPC's have had their damage type immunities removed, Medium Armor Repairer II has been decreased in CPU need from 50 to 25 and Large Armor Repairer II has been decreased from 90 to 50. We are still auditing turrets, their tracking and falloff especially.
Client patch has been delayed. The patch includes standing limit increased, deletion of standing if at limit, fix for session change bug with gangs and generally more robust session change code and fixes a mismatch in the way agents and info window/agent lists interpreted skills that modify standings.
Previous patches include fixes to stuck cases, Trade window fix, fixes to large chat channels, Railgun, Cruise missile launcher and Ballistic Control available on market and missiles no longer damage targets they were not explicitly targeted, preventing CONCORD response if missiles accidentally hit containers, corp has default 10 standing towards own corp and members (fixes POS problem), fix to objective of fourth gallente storyline mission, incorrect threat indicator. Server fix corrected sentries, two issues causing stuck cases, fixing many NPC bounties, various standing fixes and bad direct trade sessions get items back, if not, send a petition.

No, the server patch goes out as scheduled. That's the one mentioned in the CSM.
Server patches and Client patches (The one where you update the client) don't always rely on each other, enabling us to further add fixes to the Client patch before deploying it. Client patches are a big undertaking and we'd like to have more fixes in if possible.

Ovuer thank you for the update but there is one thing i think everyone wants an update on, and that is turrets.
Now we know there are modules coming out that will make a ship easier to hit (A'La Ship Target Painter) but what we'd like to know is what is going on with them? what is currently wrong with them? Is there anything going to be done to them? Or were they nerfed to make tech2 Turrets that much more saught after?

Eve still has issues with two accounts traveling in space. One always locks up.

Does this extend to accidently hitting ships please?
Finally, the game is still unbearably laggy. Please make the 'server issues' a higher priority than missing market items as those don't prevent gameplay. Can we also get a dev-blog/Forum post as to what these issues are and when you expect them to be resolved, please.

I see that the Cloaking and Covert Ops frigate skills are listed, but not available. Also, the Covert Ops frigates themselves aren't listed.
What's happening to them? Will they be listed/seeded in the coming Client patch?

complete or imcomplete info from your turret auditing would be nice :-) it might serve to silence some of the less patient amongst us
the federation seems to be losing huge numbers of cruisers atm (if the frequency of the "one of our cruisers has gone missing" mission is anything to go by...)
perhaps the vast outpourings of post-patch hot air have been acting as a navigational hazard?
trade channel split thingy: seemed like a great idea to start with, but havent sold anything since... i miss the old spammy one tbh

What about, the annoying Graphic glitch, where ship models are glued to your own hull. and server lag.

And are you planning on keeping this new name scheem or switching back? as those people that want to buy/sell named launchers would like to know.

Rest assured that nothing here gets ignored. We are auditing all aspects of them and we are not happy with the current state. This does not include any new modules (ship painter?) or skills to counter the current state.
We have a number of ways to change the state by modifying formulas that the combat code uses, individual values of the guns etc.
This would likely be our avenue for improving the systems since its mostly related to falloff and tracking (and even wierd combination of those two creating strange situations) since they now have much more weight in the combat code than before.
I can assure you, everybody won't be happy with the changes, but our goal is simple. The bigger your gun, the harder it is to hit a small target. I think we can all agree to that. The problem is a good way to achieve that. Obviously, neither we nor you are very satisfied with the current state way solve that

CSM talks about that. It's high priority, hard to reproduce to get a fix out of it.

Some pirates drop no loot at all, including some Commanders (which is a little disappointing considering they can take up to half an hour to kill with several battleships). Sanshas battleships still drop small turrets more often than one would like.

All it does is limit battleship effectiveness for both pvp and anti-rat combat. The result of which is to severely devalue battleships as a platform unless escorted by a significant frigate cruiser contingent.
Not a bad thing, but you need to give the Bses something back to increase there value, a suggestion would be to while you decrease the effectiveness of turrets you also decrease susceptibility to warp scrambling.
Please let me know what you think. I am getting frustrated here as I learn more about the patch effects. I have personally been effected by the inability to hit anything with my previously excellent large turrets, the bugged local, the shield amp power diag problem. It is hard to a) recommend the game to others, b) continue participating and playing, and c) continue paying monthly subscriptions, when much of my recent playing time has been completely wasted.

Standings.
I have 5.7+ Gallente standing, 9.2+ standing with federation navy, yet under the reprocessing plant in a fed navy station, it states i have 0.0 with the corperation, and will take 5% of all my stuff.

More constructively; if something is put in place where people with a lot of skillpoints train slower, please give them (us, really) the option to shift skillpoints around.
I have no use for all these mining or science skills. Would hate to think that training 'useless' skills has an even bigger negative impact.

Photon L ammo reads as "PRoton L" when in the hangar, but the blueprint clearly lists as "PHoton L" as it should be.
this is a game stopper and needs top priority!

Just had a cloaking bug and dont have a cloaking device fitted. Undocked from station and was cloacked, all i could see was the light green bits from engines on megathron and a few other bits and All rest was transparent.
When firing weapons at npc i would uncloak then cloak again when finished.
Jumping through stargates and undocking from other stations didn't rectify it. Ended up having to relog.
