My bet:
HIC's ... infinite scram is over powered IMHO.
That or carriers in one way or another. They still are good at alot of things all at once.
(yes I fly one ... )
EDIT: Maybe ECM drones ... or ECM in general by boosting ECCM (like they should)

Ok, so I will say...
The cargo capacity of low industrial-class ships, with the next Quantum expansion.
As CCP only know nerfing, no boosting, or pretend to boost something only because they nerfed everything near it (EM ammo by nerf of Armor and Shield, Shield was more hurted than Armor but they don't care...), then cargo capacity of many Industrial-class ships will be nerfed to make advanced ships, like Transport ships, more interresting, like the armor/shield nerf.

First Drones, then nos, then the Eos, then drones again, then Arazu/Lach, then the Myrm, then blaster ships - The nanonerf kinda, makes closer range ships slower to get to those closer ranges, but that can be easily adapted and not that big a of a problem. Drones again?

Nerf or revamp? I would like to see the entire ECM, ECCM, Sensor (cloaking and local channel listening capabilities) be all interconnected to make sense.
It would seem to me that sensor strength, communications, sensor types, cloaking, and all the math that goes into needs to be nerfed/revamped to consider each other.
Let local be contingient on that, let cloaking be affected by that, etc.

Nerf autotargeters. It's not fair that someone can target all 5 of my drones with just one button! They should have to zoom out and ctrl-click hoping it lands on one of them.

cloaked afk safespotters are stupidly overpowered atm... cloaking should not be an "iwin" button that instantly stops a determined, skilled team of hunters from finding you.

ACW-Anti-Cloaking Warfare
If they stuck anti-cloak missiles on the Interdictors, i'm sure people would train for them more. Such a missile would have a 25 km explosion radius to un-cloak ships.
Cov Ops- Include a high-slot module, "Spatial Analyzer", thats allows for probing for cloaked-Non-Cov Ops ships. Only a Cov Ops allows for 100% undectition, while sticking a Proto Cloak on a Slasher allows a certain percentage to be found. The high the meta level, the less chance to be found.
Having a ship to be as cloaked as a Cov Ops needs to be nerfed.

From a business point of view, buying GTC's with ISK will be up next. No way a company would let players pay for the game with in-game money. Once an alliance is big enough to hold 0.0 space and mine those golden roids/rats, that means free GTCs, i mean ETCs. And as it stands, EVE is the only MMO that allows buying ETCs with in-game money.
Time to standardize the game like any other MMO and rake in the money.
Note: And while yes someone has to buy a GTC in RL, they fact that you can buy a GTC with ISK is something unique. Hence above.
The people who by GTCs are PAYING for their account. CCP is still getting paid, someone else is picking up the tab. So I doubt this will be nerfed.
My money is on high sec ganking.

- Amarr, I'd consider an Amarr nerf in regards to nerfing t1 ammo so it no longer lasts forever as no other race in the game has this luxury, it seems unfair considering how effective even t1 amarr ammo is, oh and also likely a light dps or range reduction regarding at least some of their crystals.
- Falcons and to a lesser degree the Rook, again I'd say this was going to be a range reduction thing, no other covops class ship can affect someone from over 100km away letalone so effectively then easily cloak with full speed and warp away if necessary. Whereas with a battleship like the Scorpion it's more acceptable to have huge ranges.
It's especially hard to catch falcons more than ever with the nano nerf so this must be coming at some point, possibly geared with increasing its survivability a bit to make up for the lost range.
- Titans, well this one in inevitable. We all know that Titans are going to changed in some way so that they are still utterly powerful and effective but made so that multiple Titans and their DDD's don't stack somehow, some of the more obvious solutions would be really hard to code or implement and some others are gameplay killers.
The thing is you can't really unstack something that does dps, as dps will always stack, even if you add some sort of new dps stacking mechanic, you still somehow need to make it fair on the other team who may have their own Titan. So the only real idea I have on this to stop the stacking is to make the doomsday not a dps weapon, make it wipe the capacitor of every ship in range and/or make it disable the modules and engines of every ship in range aswell something. Then at least within a certain time decided time limit, the stacking ability is quelled. I dunno CCP are clever maybe they probably have some really clever idea they are working on right now.

Yeah I can't take the idea seriously of anything being changed to GTC's.
If anything it get's CCP more money not less.
The have mores, give more for ingame profit, so the have lesses play too.
If there was no GTC system, the have mores would just give less.
