As we move towards our official start date for the Phase I expansion I want to thank all those investors who sent ISK my way prior to the deadline as that allowed us to get the ball rolling a bit early. Our first freighter, Fenrir Class, will be rolling off the production line in a few days. This ship along with an Obelisk currently in production have already been sold. Freighter production will reach full capacity in eight days.
On December 1st a new section will be added into our current website which will be used to advertise all freighters in production and status. This will include production end dates, pre-order prices, a forum to place orders, and a new suggestions area for our customers.
The board of directors will be holding an open meeting with the public in our channel "One Stop" during the month of December. This is a practice we intend to partake in at least once a month. We cannot continue to grow unless we know what our customers need and this will be a place for open discussion. The date for this open discussion will be released prior to December 7th. It is advised all investors participate in this event as it will help to shape our Phase II expansion.

Phase I has officially started as of Dec 1st. Our first Fenrir class freighter comes out of production in less than a hour from now and the ship has been reserved for the better part of a week. Our website has been updated with a new page listing all freighter information.

Our Phase II Expansion is drawing near. With Phase I now fully underway we are again looking to broaden our horizons and provide yet another service to the EvE community. We we propose is nothing new, only managed a little differently.
As of last night a new corp has been created using a alt character created for the sole purpose of our Phase II expansion. As of a few moments ago Genji Ancient has been contracted to provide a standings increase service and alliance creation service for us. Both of these services are being paid for by me and are not included in the costs of this expansion. He will be putting an alt in the One Stop Research Shop around 21:00 - 22:00 EvE time.
As requested by our customers, on December 14th, we will open a new research alliance hosting over 540 research slots. Our website has already been updated to reflect the program details. Visit http://www.freewebs.com/ladyofwrath/researchalliance.htm for more information.
Only ten 1b bonds will be issued for this expansion. Only A List investors will be allowed to purchase these bonds. This includes past customers, investors, and close friends. The official start date of these bonds is December 15th.

No characters other than ones on my personal accounts will ever be in the hosting corporation, One Stop Research Shop. All bond funds will be used to purchase PoS Structures only to keep Investments secure. PoS fuels are already on hand purchased by One Stop Mining Shop. All PoS will have passwords and only I will be refueling them. No other player will be able to go past the shield. I will be utilizing the copy slots from these labs to provide additional income for this project.
Bonds
10 1b Bonds will be issued through December 15th. Phase II will officially begin December 15th. First Payout will be January 15th and the 15th of each month afterwards. Each bond pays 5% of its face value. One Stop Mining Shop reserves the right to repurchase any bond at any time for 110% face value. Investors may contact me at any time to liquidate thier bonds for 80% face value in the case of a personal emergency. Buyback of bonds will begin March 1st 2009 through September 1st 2009. It is possible One Stop Mining Shop will repurchase all bonds prior to this date.

You will get the EBANK payment of 4b from an alt called Mari3 Cruz (might not be exact spelling). Can you please have that character (the one you recieve funds from) on your spreadsheet as the recipient of all dividends pertaining to this IPO. Funds should be in your account within 24 hours. |

To Ricdic: Yes, as investments are tied to whatever characters sends ISK to me for a bond. IF anyone wants it set to a different character they must send the ISK to me from that character. This policy is in place for investor security.
Phase II is now well under way. The One Stop Shop Alliance has been created and is already accepting applications for research corps. Six applications have been accepted so far and are now in the 24 hour wait period before being active in the alliance. Standings are ahead of schedule and are due to be finished on December 13th.

PuncherDavis also known as KungFu Trader who has been our mineral acquisitions expert will be placing his alt KungFU Trader into One Stop Research Shop in order to manage PoS Fueling. He will also be managing a large part of the project. As he has handled billions in minerals for our freighter program and has extensive experience with PoS operations I feel he is perfect for the job at hand.
There are no further expansions planned for this year. Phase III is slated for March 2009 to coincide with the next large EvE expansion. No details for this project will be released until March 1st.

The alliance has been created "One Stop Shop" Alliance. 4 Corps have already joined at this time. We are currently under a war dec from a two man corp but its nothing we can;t handle internally. R.E.P.O. is on standby in case we need to hire them.

Our PoS network is now up and operational. Special thanks to Genji Ancient for providing us with standings, alliance creation service, and hanging around to answer our questions. Multiple corporations have already joined the alliance with more to follow over the next few days not that everything is in place. As always we look forward to yet another successful venture for both us and our investors.
Investors can expect an early payout for those due payments on January 1st.
