LadyOfWrath Caldari One Stop Mining Shop One Stop Research	Posted - 2009.03.16 06:00:00 - [154] IPO Layout The following paragraph outlines One Stop Research Shop's transition from a bond offering to an IPO. The first item on my list is to take a "down to the penny" survey of assets related to One Stop Research Alliance operations. This includes PoS assets, current fuel stock, BPOs, and current liquidity. An itemized list will be posted in the next few days detailing the current Net Worth of One Stop Research. Secondly on April 15th all current bonds will be paid in full then stocks will be issued. These stocks will represent 49% of One Stop Research's current Net Worth. Essentially players will be purchasing a small part of the corporation and leaving me to manage day to day operations. I will also retain a 51% controlling stock in One Stop Research. Each stock sold will have an approximate 25m value. The number of stocks to be issued will be based on the asset evaluation but should number around 720. Stocks will increase in value based on the increase in the Net Worth of One Stop Research. Be advised this is not a get rich quick type of IPO, but a very stable stock which will grow in value over the coming year. As a security to our investors One Stop Research will offer a 90% buyback policy for all stocks for six months. Price paid to a stock holder will be based on the last Net Worth report which will be posted monthly.

From this point forward all reports will how monthly expenses to include alliance fee, PoS fuel purchases, and any research character purchase. Any characters purchased from this point forward will be regarded as a soft asset of One Stop Research. Three additional research characters are currently in training so I do not expect to purchase additional characters in the next four months. Another NAV report will be posted on March 31st along with procedures to purchase stocks. Please keep in mind this nest NAV report will not show much profit since I just put all my BPOs into a 30 day copy cycle.

Please keep in mind there will be almost no change due to the fact all capital BPOs were put in a 29 day copy cycle. Next month's NAV will be much higher after BPC sales.
