Due to the need of additional moons for our research alliance One Shop Research Alliance declared war on one particular corp with an offline PoS in system. Our goal was to remove the large PoS and take the moon for our own use. The owner of said PoS logged on once we had the PoS around 30% shields and shortly after we were offered 10 Apocalypse battleships to cease fire on this PoS. We accepted the terms of surrender and retracted the war shortly after. Since this engagement other moons have magically become free for us in our system.

Payments to Players: -400m
Alliance Profit: 350m

This profit will be added into the next NAV report as the battleships are liquidated.

not at that price. You are price gouging. I don't see the relationship between quantity and share value. And I certainly would be a foolish investor to accept your prices with the actual value of the shares so much less.

Its not what you think or LOW says the shares are worth its what I feel the shares are worth to me. Also some supply and demand takes place with these. I bought out 75% of the IPO to re-sell for a profit. I have already paid off my initial cost so now selling them is not as important and can wait for higher prices. In another week or two will raise price again.

This is no different than me putting 20bil isk into a t2 ship to try and raise it's price and make a profit, just more public.

One Stop Research Shop has been approached multiple times now with players asking if we will trade stock for their capital BPOs. Currently 100% of stock is held by private parties so this is not possible, however it would be possible to increase the number of total stocks while maintaining current stock value.

For Example.

Player A wants to trade a Capital Cargo Bay BPO to One Stop Research Shop in exchange for stocks. One Stop Research Shop values all capital component BPOs at NPC value + 6% thus our value of said BPO is 795,000,000 ISK.

Current stock value is 31,786,352.17 as of May 15th 2009. Total stocks in circulation is 2,957.

In order to effect this exchange Player A converts the Capital Cargo Bay BPO into stock using the following formula. ((795,000,000 / 31,786,352.17)Drop Decimals +1)=A Then
A*31,786,352.17-795,000,000=D. Player is Issued A number of stocks and must pay D which the the difference in stock value issued vs the BPO.

In this case the player would receive 26 Stocks worth 826,445,156.42 and would be required to hand over the Capital Cargo Bay + 31,445,156.42 ISK. This would in turn balance the books and increase overall NAV while maintaining hard assets.

One Stop Research Shop will publish a list of BPOs which will be accepted for exchange along with research requirements. Players wishing to partake in this MUST be approved by me.

In closing i felt this to be the only 100% secure method of increasing the overall NAV and maintaining hard assets. This will allow many players to be more involved in this program and at the same time allow us to get even more involved in the Capital market. Right now we are doing very well and have a lot of room to grow.
