From what it says above LoW has said all existing investors will be paid back in full pre-sale. So its more likely the corporations will be sold with possible goodwill backing their sale prices. Good will could work if the web site and corp name is sold. But being the corp is so much a part of the char LoW, I think that it will need that figurehead there to let people feel better about the new owners. Maybe LoW will stay on or someone who has a rep can act as the figurehead of the corp so that the goodwill doesn't just go poof. Most of the time i have turned around and privately sold the businesses I create for a substantial profit. These businesses are setup to allows players a steady income which is somewhat easy to manage. ALL of my investors will be paid in full prior to the sale of any program in which investors are involved. In the case of the freighter program the sales of said program will be followed by immediate payment to all investors. ALL of my assets are currently going through a liquidation phase as I prepare to do a few different things in EvE besides industry for a change.

I am pleased to announce this has been by far my greatest success in EvE. The 60b ISK I started with just 3 months ago has grown to over 140b ISK through careful planning and sales. Sales on all our items during this time were on average 12% above Jita prices. I want to thank all those who helped make yet another successful business venture possible. As for what the future holds I am always looking for new things to do. I do plan on opening a consulting firm within EvE in which I will evaluate current business setups and provide methods of increasing profits. This is something I have been successful with during my entire EvE career. Final payouts for all bond holders will begin on Saturday. Just remember the customer always come first. This same principle applies to every business in real life. If you do not take care of your customers someone else will. This is a game of hundreds of competitive corporations striving to sale many of the same products all reaching for their share of the pie. Learn to respect the market and use it to your advantage. Total amount to be disbursed is 55b ISK. Phase II investors will receive final payouts prior to March 15th. Amount to be disbursed for Phase II is 11b ISK. Total final disbursement is 66b ISK. Total disbursement over 3 month period is 72b ISK. Initial Bond amount is 60b ISK for both Phases yielding 20% profit for investors in a 3 month period or 6.66% per month.

As such I have come up with a way to redesign the system from bonds to an IPO. On April 15th ALL bond holders will receive a 110% payout as previously agreed to via a vote initiated by me and agreed to by bond holders. At this same time a detailed report of all current assets and liquid cash will be posted to account for 100% of all funds related to the program on April 15th. This program will then shift into an IPO format where a number of stocks will be offered to investors. These stocks will represent One Stop Research's net worth on April 15th, 2009. In this case players will actually be buying into the corporation. We will allow players to purchase 49% of the company in this manner. For the first six months One Stop Research will offer a 90% buyback policy. Any stock holder at any time can contact me or a director of One Stop Research to sell their stock to us for 90% of the stock's value posted on the last monthly report. Our monthly reports will also dictate the rise in value of our stock and all numbers may be verified through an audit via EBANK only. Should One Stop Research reach a point of liquidity representing 15% of net worth stock holders will be notified and can elect to receive a dividend. Keep in mind this dividend will cause our stock value to drop due to a reduction in net worth. Our goal here is to create one of the most stable stocks to be bought and sold through the player base while at the same time using an influx of funds to expand current operations into Amarr space. Our alliance continues to grow every day, and with that growth I want to offer yet another opportunity to the MD community. Stocks will be kept via my ledger system used for all previous bond offerings. I must be notified by any stock holder who sales their stocks in order to update my ledger. This is primarily to gauge interest and to see who would be interested in becoming a part of this program. This is a very long term plan which will continue to grow through the coming years.
