LadyOfWrath One Stop Mining Shop	Posted - 2008.11.10 23:20:00 - [1] Edited by: LadyOfWrath on 10/11/2008 23:25:12 Background As many of you are aware the One Stop Mining Shop has grown very fast over the month of October and through November so far. We have setup many Orca pre-orders (26 ships currently) for players all accross EvE. A second Kernite Mining Crystal II BPO was also just purchased for the shop. Our contracts with most manufacturers for Orca sales will cease November 21st. We will continue to carry a number of a ships through a single manufacturer after this date until their demand dies down. Phase I Expansion EBANK Loan refinance - 8b from these bonds will go to refinance our current EBANK loan by paying it off then paying public investors. Freighter Program - Accounting for approximatly 32b of the funds from this expansion this program will be massive. ALL BPOs purchased for the purpose of this expansion will be locked down by me in corp for security. One member and one of my alts will be building from these BPOs. A % of all sales will go to corp wallet for bond payouts and repurchases. To increase production I will be anchoring new LSAAs after the patch. Shop BPCs - Due to demand we will be pruchasing additional Covetor and Retriever BPOs with research. These BPOs will account for 8b in bond funds. This will allow us to increase the pace of invention, allow us to sell BPCs in the shop, and allow the sale of T2 surplus invented BPCs. Currently our invention cannot keep up with production. PoS Expansion - With our current PoS running at maximum capacity we will be required to purchase and setup a 2nd. This PoS will support the new LSAAs and Advanced Labs for copies. 2b from bond funds has been allocated for this. Bonds 50 1b Bonds will be issued through the end of Novemeber. Phase I will officially begin December 1st. First Payout will be January 1st and the first of each month afterwards. Each bond pays 5% of its face value. One Stop Mining Shop reserves the right to repurchase any bond at any time for 110% face value. Investors may contact me at any time to liquidate thier bonds for 80% face value in the case of a personal emergency. Buyback of bonds will begin March 1st 2009 through September 1st 2009. It is possible One Stop Mining Shop will repurchase all bonds prior to this date. Reservations 50/50 Bonds remaining Public sale of One Stop Mining Shop Phase I Bonds will begin November 15th through the end of the month. A List investors may make reservations starting now through November 15th. This includes past investors or people who have been notified of placement on this listing. If you are unsure if you are on this listing please contact me in game to be verified. So the second statement applies only if you want to repurchase any bonds before March? Any time after March you have the right to buy back any of the bonds for face value at any time?

All investors are secured 5% payouts on Jan. 1st, Feb. 1st, and Mar. 1st. After that time One Stop Mining Shop may elect to repurchase any bond at any time for 110% face value. These repurchases are usually done on the last day of any month and investors are given prior notice. I personally will usually ask around to see if there is anyone who is in need of ISK and I repurchase their bonds first. I hope this answers your question.

Also if anyone wants to discuss my operations and what we intend to do in the future please contact me in game to arrange a meeting over my ventrilo server. Due to my currently hectic in game schedule this is the best way for me to discuss things. Having 14 private convos open for 14 different things takes some time to handle.

Well, if this means that you will be paying out a guaranteed 110% of my initial investment when you decide to buy back the bond (either before September or when you buy them all back during September), I'll take 10 Bil please, .

I have already done the PoS expansion and arranged almost half of the BPO purchases needed for the expansion. Just waiting on investors at this time.
