Xaar's post pretty much closes the case.
Hmm. I read this only to see it was edited. Do we have a reason to declare war on you?

Yeah... apparently something about pwning you at your HQ in Germinate.
Of course I may give the gentleman far too much credit. I've been accidently treating him like he mattered.
PS: And I don't care who was at fault. This whole cover up thing, especially now, makes little or no sense. Simple enough.
Equilibria is shamed now because of the actions of one of it's most respected members. Everlasting Vendetta's management is shamed because it was willing to allow the dignity of its corporate members to be tainted as well.

Sincere apologies to N'Fran and Edward.
I think the strength of our reactions to the acusations speak hugely for how unaware of this we were.
Luc is right; what a complete bunch of arses we must look now.
Maybe Eastenders writers could look at this thread for some melodrama.

Actually, CRICE doesn't operate in that region. And please don't put words in my mouth or put your "spin" on whats said. This matter is closed.

Xaar, I once held you in high regard.
Scum is name that is too good for you.
Taken from the May 29th 2003 Devchat at EveGate . <Muaddid> Q: When will sentry gun and station and similar construction pods be introduced on the market? <Hellmar> we have various player owned entities already implemented. Sentry guns, power/shield generators, field repair mini-stations, mobile refineries. We are still working out the last tidbits of how they can be over taken, what is the penalty of having a sentry gun kill a n00b etc. and we have been a bit busy with plugging the holes that people have found.I would say that you'd start to see these items on the market in about 2-3 weeks, very expensive to begin with |

Well,
this outcome was always above my head like the sword of damocles...
I hate to read this from one of my most trusted friends ingame. But he joined this corp knowing about the BPOs without telling us anything. We never had the possibility to convince him to give them back.
I my self can only speculate about his reasons for myself.
But theft is theft and wont be tolerated by me nor by the other members of equilibria.
Xaars has hereby been booted out of equilibria.

I can see now why it was difficult to make a reply to this thread, in saying that people oft times have valid reasons for things that seem otherwise vicious and two-faced. The very fact that Xaar would come forward to end this debate and clear the air reflects well on him though the base action still does him serious harm. Those other members of EQ who had no idea should truelly feel no shame for seeking the truth though. In the end the saddest thing to see is old Corp mates and probably friends taking such action against one another.
From this point on it would seem most effective if the entire thing be delt with ingame, i'd imagine neither side wants it open to public scrutiny any more...

Regardless of whether you consider me an embarrasment to my profession or not (And I did find that insulting) there is one thing I patently laugh at:
Your lame attempt at calling me a liar. I read the statement and by time the forums had loaded up "my qouting reply" you had changed it. Just becuase you do not have the courage to stand by your words is your problem. Not mine.
However you are basically a loud mouth unknown to me. So I give you the value of your words. Obviously not much. And the difference is that I have never lied nor have I ever played spin control.
I don't have to. You on the other hand posted in this thread contrary to your CEO's orders and insulted another corporation.
So, who has every reason to lie? Eve Guardian - Former Reporter

Kudos to Xaar for coming clean. Whatever his original intentions were, indeed now are, he has singlehandedly shown himself to be the most vile, and most honorable, of characters.
I would say something about he who repents his sins, but I don't believe in all that ancient mumbo jumbo :)
