Arbenovskee started the topic to blame the wannabe-police...and what more is there to say? He saw STV battleships destroying the n00b miners. It¦s a fact, even STV stated it. STV says, they killed miners because these miners gave us money to safe their pods/ships. So how about i post all tolling logs Teddybears, Bonecollectors and TunDraGons have and STV kill all these guys for paying us?
But be real: STV just want the roids not to be popped. Since they are inofficial part of the Norad alliance, Norad again showed no mercy with n00bs that start a career in 0.0. Norad and STV don¦t even try to ramsom like we do, they just kill to defend their beloved roids and force new miner corps to leave the area or join their mega-alliance.

so a mining corp pays a pirate corp to protect for them in a mining belt and that is called assisting pirates? It seems more like they are assisting their wallets to me.

so, to sum it all up, mining corp's who just want to mine can either pay the pirate corp's mining licence thing and get killed by an ati-pirate corp, or ask for anti-pirate corp protection and get killed by pirates or.....
join a friggin allaince
sorry just needed to be said, lot of alliances need mining corp's, they almost all have access to 0.0 space, AND.... your friggin guarded by them! DOH!
u would have to pay more, but the way it sounding, it's the safest bet
this post was funded by Quafe now available in minmatar red. try our new product. Quafe's caldari version "press missiles 4TW" limited sales offer before the next universal improvement |

That was very low.
------------------------------------------ When you get close enough to read this line, you are low...
Choose your meaning of low a) passing below the normal level base of measurement b) marking a nadir or bottom <the low point of his career> c) DEAD -- used as a predicate adjective d) socially humble in character or status e) of lesser degree f) of lesser position, rank, or order g) falling short of some standard (mine) h) not advanced in complexity, development, or elaboration |

Stop stop stop - we tolled ships and pods - normal pirate work. I guess if STV want to attack all people that payed us when we had them webbed and warpscrambled they will have to fight a LOT OF PEOPLE!

seems the pirates want to widen the definition of a pirate to anyone that has ever had any contact with a pirate, so lets get this back into perspective.
Paying tolls to get in and out of space would not make you a target for an anti-pirate corp.
This is simply an extortion tactic used by pirates.
Anyone that has sold anything to a pirate corp via the market cannot be held accountable as they have no control over where the good end up.
Any corp that buys mining licences off a pirate corp, when they clearly can avoid doing so, is a fair target for anti-pirate corps.
If you are willingly supporting a pirate corp, consider yourself fair target for anti-pirate corps.

Nobody sold/bought any "licences". That is the point. Btw. who are you?

Reno Williams says me: hey Omega, here's a tall glass of STFU, ya alt nub
Istvaan Shogaatsu says of me: I gather by your fervency and dedication to this subject matter that you are the alternate character of an unfortunate player whose corporation was brought to its knees by mercenaries.
-------------------
Of course they are both right, if you wish to add your insight, I will agree to that too.
--------
In truth: I am in independently wealthy neutral that enjoys exploring interesting topics of conversation within these forums, this topic was interesting because the anti-pirate corp looked like they had a pretty weak arguement so i decided to see if i could shore-it up for them.
Afterall the act they undertook was pretty marginal
I dont flame, I dont abuse anyone, I have no political agenda, or alliance interests.
Disappointingly I am the alt of someone that is also independently wealthy who has no corp, politics, or alliance interests.
So I am afraid the truth, like most truths, is dull.

All you guys *****ing at each other and I can't figure out who the hell is who.
If you're corp is named Bone Collectors, i imagine you have a skull in your corp ticker, you obviously aspire to be a pirate.
People pay pirates to not be shot at, but they expect the Anti-Pirates to do it for free. Well yeah stupids, otherwise it would be called extortion and you would be a pirate then too and then fall under the first heading.
But all in all, I don't care who did the shooting, anyone that pays pirates deserves to be KOS in my book.
