Not sickeningly as expensive as some fits. over 1k dps normal. implant depending. over 1.2k overload 24k armor w/o fleet. 1.6k tanked 2k after booster (both with overload)

Every ship in the game is capable of being destroyed with the proper amount of force so I don't get the whole, "it's too expensive to fly in PvP..." Where does that mentality end? Here's what the Kronos (and similar) are good for: sitting outside a station waiting for hot shots in [insert other expensive ship with expensive setup] to agree to 1v1 you, then you get their billions in loot if you can win. The Nightmare is by far the best ship for these displays of money and ego but a Kronos, Vargur and Navy Mega are also good. I'm not incredibly rich so it'd be crazy to consider roaming around in a 4 billion ISK ship but on the other hand, a few years back I wouldn't go roaming in an Armageddon either, now I consider them dispensable.

You would be more effective using the same money to buy 8 t2 fit Mega's, and apparently would have gained some much needed experience before you attempt to "fly the best" and blow billions of GTC bought dollars. I guess in a way though your helping the economy, so by all means don't listen to me. Also, as a fellow "perfectionist" when it comes to my gaming, I'd also like to point out that by now, in EVE, it's about minimizing your loss and maximizing your destruction, that also means flying a PvE ship into PvP solo, is a dumb dumb dumb idea.

Also, the fittings I had on there were just for screwing around. Cormack guns, which everyone is wondering where they are, are very difficult to obtain on contracts. I have one so far, but it felt odd having one Cormack gun on a ship with 3 other guns, so I decided to just throw on faction guns in the meantime. As for the issue of nanobots vs aux nanos, this is indeed true- nanobots give an increased tank but as you can apparently see, the ship was hardly anywhere near finished. I just used mostly stuff I had laying around and I think the only thing I actually bought for that ship was an x-type. Hell, even the ship was free from a friend. I got a few good days out of the ship. :3 At any rate, it was fun while I had it ^_^ edit: just so I can be like Rajere and try to rub a lit cigar in my chest, I had the ship for about a week roaming around Northern Syndicate before you shot at it. Don't give yourself too much credit.

You could go with the marauder, but it would required a fitting mod to fit 3 neuts.
