Vent can blow me. If I'm flying something fast, its normally DJ Mixes/Sets, stuff with scratches all that stuff. Anything slow, normally metal, maybe some Drum n Bass or whatever they call it, genres can blow me too. Though tbf, when in important fleets or with people who will get ****y, no music, vent time.

Bring me the Horizon, or anything else particularly heavy is epic for PvP
Or for mining I normally watch TV while forum surfing

Why not just smack your head into the keyboard instead of BMTH.

Edited by: Winter Lee on 12/01/2009 02:42:58 Not a lot of PVP, but each thing I do has different music...
PVP: (When I'm in the mood or we're dec'd) Frank Sinatra or anything else in that style
Mining: Classic Rock
Missions: Metal, Classic rock or just something loud
I know people will question the Sinatra, but don't knock it until you try it

Sometimes I listen to all three Battle Star Galactica sound tracks (fantastic) and other times I just let iTunes do its thing. Since most of my music tends toward industrial, goth, classic rock, apocolyptic (Gutter Twins) type of stuff.. then that's what most of it tends to be while playing.
I also pay to help indie bands put together their first albums in a sort of philanthropic way (meaning I do try to recover the money I invested in the production of their album, but not to make a profit or return of any kind other than that). So I'm often listening to new groups mostly coming out of the west coast (Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, etc) that are largely unheard of.
Really, though, BSG is the greatest soundtrack to this game. Especially for PVP. Taiko drumbs for the win. |

And here I thought people would knock me using Sinatra for PvP. I agree all of your choices!

I play that track alot when out fighting, dont really pay attention to what I am listening to but the beat just gets you into the mood for some carnage.
Also like to listen to Serj Tankian's Empty Walls sometimes when out on the hunt. Has it's slower parts but when it kicks off ir really kicks off.
edit: Serj is very pro-peace so don't let him know his music is listened to while blowing **** out of people

Mining? I listen to the in game music from time to time. Nostalgia really. I miss the wonders of EvE and the carefree days of 200K ships
