Started to question whether a "loving" God would really require and request some of the things he did in the bible.
Then also started wondering why God would require something as silly as religion to begin with, surely he's waaaay beyond that.
Let me tell you how it started.
A JW learns that everyone else will be destroyed who isn't part of their faith(as do many other religions) and I met the woman who is now my wife and she was Hindu. This was while I was still a JW. Anyway, herself and her sisters are such amazing people and I wondered how a God could destroy someone simply because they were raised in a different culture than my own and taught Hindu propaganda because their parents parents were taught it and so on and so forth goes the vicious circle.
Add also a loving God wouldn't let things carry on the way they are in the world, I don't care what excuse there is. And I don't really care about people(except murderers and rapists who really need to die a very slow and painful death) because they bring this all upon themselves. I feel sorry for abused animals, those that are skinned alive, beaten and so on.
Now I just live life, still trying to live as moral a life as an imperfect person can.
