It depends on how you precieve it. Each sector in EnB was very different from eachother. In EvE, all sectors are randomly generated and thus... similar. Heck, currently, I'm located in a .2 sector that is almost a CLONE of the newbie school system I started in, even though that newbie system was 1.0 sec and is 36 some jumps from my location.

Main Char: Arcadia
Class: JE
Server: Andromeda
lvl: 150

I loved the EnB story. Especially Risco, if you landed on that Risco moon, it was just a little creepy. The Zenrei and Xipe Totec were interesting as well, along with the V'rix, and Amah.

Those epic encounters were great, except the Tada-O gate where I got 1 FPS every single time. The Primus raids were fun too, because they needed 30+ people to do easily.

I didnt like the missions, (Jobs, Zeke), as they took ALOT of time to make any real progress. (Once you hit lvl 60ish you were forced to do jobs for a good 25lvls to make any decent progress)

If only Westwood didnt sell to EA, then maybe EnB would have reached its full potential. Neutral

Tada-O! Big Strong Wow!. <- Very Happy

Always hit the big red button whenever you get the chance.

I played EnB from open beta! I joined EVE in early april i think, after the announcement of the closure of EnB, and Im still here cause of cant find a better alternative! I am not enjoing this too much...

It is clumpsy and slow, and i rather have a smaller universe full with stuff to do, than a big one with less to do! Mining is far more fun in EnB, there you could find a ruined hulk, exploding in your face, or not, with goodies in it! Here you just mine hour after hour, drag and drop the ore in the can. No big surprises!

EVE and EnB is very different, but in terms of fun and entertainment, EnB is the clear winner!

I cant belive the peoble that say E&B was better then EVE is

with that said there is things missing from EVE hopefully they are coming though Shiva has great promise to me

E&B did have one thing that EVE does not have and that is universe changing events again thats hopefully coming to EVE (wars,Players being able to raid other empires thereby ****ing them off etc etc)

if mining is your thing and you stay in "safe" space then yes EVE is boring (thats why i do low sec mining, agent missions and trading)

Thank You
