Edited by: Ctp Hawkeye on 28/01/2009 05:17:27 Out of all the many many ships in eve, and the many many modules there are, very few combinations yield results that the pilot is totally happy with. For 99% of ships and fits there is always one aspect you find limiting or arkward. However, here lets share the ships and fits we love, and feel utterly at home in.
For example, my harb with 1600mm plate, MAR2, full tackle, mwd, injector and 7x FMP2's for me is perfect. My target selection is nice (I'd go for any BC, any crusier, etc) and feel it has a perfect balance of gank, tank, speed and buffer for its class.
Another ship I love the balance of is the punisher, with dual light pulse 2's, mwd, 9k point , DC, SAR2, heat sink2, and a resist mod of some kind. I'd feel 110% happy engaging any other t1 frig in it and many crusier class ships also.
So post your favourite ships, fits and lets look ont he bright side for once! |

I quite like the Hyperion, but I haven't flown one yet. They are ruthlessly expensive.
It would have some hybrids weapons on it and fly straight and true behind its drones. While I'm not sure what module slots it comes equipped with, I would enjoy filling them with the nothing but the finest modules from my hanger floor. |

Harbinger: 7x focused medium pulses, MWD, web, disruptor, cap booster, MAR, 2xEANM's, DCII, 1600mm plate, heatsink.
It's tough, quick, nimble and well armed. That 20km optimal with scorch makes it a real winner, vagabonds just can't touch it without getting roasted. Also pretty cheap as I don't rig them. |

I love my Harbinger:
HMPEB I's x7, sml neut, full tackle, ab and cap booster, and a full active tank in the lows.
Great ship, tough, ganky and with a full compliment of T2 light drones can take on frigs and intys quite effectively. Used a Hurricane before this ship and found this ship also to be a great boat to fly about in. -----------------------------------------------

I love the taranis. I can go very fast, I don't have to wait to lock people, most damage misses me. I can scout, tackle and yet deal alot of damage compared to my rail ares. I could fly a HAC or battleship, but no this is my favourite ship for my own enjoyment.

this is my favourite for violencing boats. nice damage and nice variable damage types, OK burst tank, pretty agile, looks good. what more could you want?
others to consider claymore, damnation and absolution for larger gangs, harbinger in plated heavy pulse form for fun and last but not least phobos, for me the best of the heavy interdictors for low sec work.

I quite like them. The Rokh looks very nice and reminds me of that rock and/or roll music all the kids listen to these days. That's a very smart image and it would be a fun ship to fly in. |

The hamdrake with warp disruptor and web is a good ship and fun to fly as well, other then that caldari ships while very useful in pvp are boring to me :/ (apart from caps, tho capital missiles are way to slow!) |

All of the above are laughable.
a) Vagabond without a 2nd LSE will die in short order. It doesn't need a web to maintain range nor keep away. Also. Co-Pro?!
b) You want to active-tank the Sleipnir, yet instead of an Invul, you need a web?! fivetide humidyear's fit is where it's at.
c) Buffer tank the 'Cane or you have a dead Cane. |
