Has this mechanic also changed? Because evn7289 is online now, and he was transferred less than an hour ago if my clock is correct. |

Then can you explain why you sold Hap through unofficial channels but suddenly had a change of heart? You're very welcome for the spotlight, least we could do. |

That has changed... Every character I have bought has been active. I can't say why, that is up to a CCP person. |

No.. I don't think so
This is what happens when you scam and leave your tracks wide open.
Confirming that EVN also has under his control the alts soccorfreak67890 and prodalt12345 This same account likely had a third toon which was either biomassed or sold as well and has yet to have the slot filled (well at least until today, Im sure he changed the key now)
Anyway, Soccorfreak has approx 58m of our scammed isk and is in the noob anti pirate corp (aint that laugh) Aurora Section.
Anyway, have fun with the info MD. I'm off to sleep for now and will prolly dream of the ensuing fun this is going to incur for the next 24 hours. |

I thought it was hilarious how consistent(Or lack there of he was in his reasoning) he was trying to convince us. The fact he now admitted it just kinda made it.. meh

I'm unsure as to why this thread is worth 500M to someone who scammed billions ... just to needle Cosmoray?
Anyway, there was an audit done for the original IPO in which Kazuo Ishiguro states:
Quote: I can confirm that the OP has purchased a freighter and large quantities of the stated goods using the funds received so far, and is generally proceeding as planned. His activities are spread out over several other characters, whose names I have noted. All seems well for the time being, and I look forward to seeing how this offering turns out.
Perhaps someone might have some fun with those names and I haven't seem them published yet.

I am glad Cosmoray got his/her isk back and I find this thread very funny.
I dont even see this as Cosmoray scamming as she/he had 500 million stolen by Hap/7289/Xaiber so it more like repossessing her/his funds. |

I for one believe, saying "I would never scam" and "I only scammed him back because his main scammed me" is double standards.
But seems this all was a nice joke and lunchtime read, so everyone get back to work. There is ISK to be made... |

Originally by: SentryRaven I for one believe, saying "I would never scam" and "I only scammed him back because his main scammed me" is double standards.
But saying ""I only scammed him back because his main scammed me" is faulty. It's like the US saying:
"We are commit acts of terror only because they did so to us". You won't hear that.
It's all about perspective. Your perspective is faulty, hence a collision of logic.
So let me fix it for you.
Originally by: SentryRaven I for one believe, saying "I would never scam" and "I took back the ISK he took from me" is just fine.

If EBANK took my isk and didn't pay it back when asked to, would that be scamming? |

I've indirectly caused EBANK to lose isk, which technically means that I've caused a loss for EBANK. Using your logic this would make me a viable target for your scam.

No, because our business structure is based around that very fact. Sure, there's opportunity cost involved in everything. But meh, lets not be silly.

Well, look. It's the old Terrorist vs Freedom-fighter argument.
Which side of the fence are you on? If you stand on the fence and people on either side has the same intention because you can't put yourself in their shoes, then there's no point. It's like watching 2 guys in a bar who are about to get into a fight. They have a difference in opinion which comes to a fight. But if you don't know why, your perspective is non-existing. In which case you need to get off your damn horse on your damn moral high-ground
I can totally see why you would think that cosmo is a scammer too. But I'm choosing not to take the moral high-ground and go for justice. While christianity does teach to turn your other chin rather than hit back, it doesn't get you anywhere in EVE. It's that simple. Fight back or you won't become anything.
That's the end on my rant on morals. Now please have a nice day. I'm going to raid the cafeteria for lunch
EDIT: I realize I might offend somebody here. Please don't take offense. I just have ideals. I still love ya all |

edit oh yea and then you can log in straight away [and if you are training then both chracters coninue to train until you stop one of them [i.e. jump clone or finish skill] |

What the heck does terrorism have to do with this. More like if Ebank made someone a loan and the person had 3 billion in an account and default on the loan. Would you expect Ebank to give back the 3 billion ISK in the account or take it and apply it against the loan.
Cosmoray did the same thing really, 928(what ever his name is) stole 500 million ISK from Cosmoray and then was stupid enough to give the ISK back to Cosmoray. Now he is crying that Cosmoray applied the ISK that he gave her/him to the ISK owed Cosmoray.
