If you don't know what the tower count is in Delve I suggest you start flying around to where Kenneth had towers and see for yourself. However I also recommend that you do it in a pod as a lot of them will now be hostile to you and I don't condone using out of game trickery to get pilots blown up. See you on the battlefield

Seriously, if you like the assets you have in the W-4 constellation I highly recommend you either start convincing other Ken and Barbie pilots to show up or get ready to jump them out in the half an hour a day where you might have superiority in system.
