Yes, this is very annoying. Especially when you need to deploy drones before mission rats aggro you. Often times, it's not possible to get the drones launched before you're targeted and damped in certain missions.

There are no skill books available on the market. No NPC seeded books, no player sold books, nada. Even a bit more unusual, two skill books I had purchased a few days ago have disappeared as well. At least this is the case in Sinq Laison region.
