I have been doing mission for Pend Insurance the last two days and have gotten all types of implants except memory. I really hope agents give all types of implants regardless of company since all my current agents are from Pend.

To increase maximum number of targets there is electronics/targeting and for targeting speed there is electronics/signature analysis. There may be other skills but those are the ones I know of.
