My most hated one is this ones brother, Energy Grid Upgrades.... the ONLY reason to train it to 5 is for T2 RCU's that i can see..... And to be frank, i would rather just settle for 7 Tach2's instead of 8 and a fitting mod on my Abaddon.

If you are worried about 1 ceptor and 1 HAC in a Curse, i suggest you pracitise more (wtf, how do you spell practise, is that right?) No ceptor within 37km (Recon 5 ftw) should pose any threat of webbing you.

Are you using Cap Power Relays? because it could be that you are putting one cap power relay on and the 2nd module is in fact a cap power flux, which does in fact reduce your total cap.

I have noticed this too, and it is with Wreckings only, seems we have gone back to the old system with wreckings, where it is 1 in 100 shots, not 1 in 100 hits.
