At this point i would say T3 will break all price records. You will need a LOT of money to get these ships, and i just don't see that much value in them. The risk is just insane, and the cost will reflect that.

It can be done if rules & limits apply. As others have said it would need looking at to find the best way to transfer SP & make sure no one can "cheat" the system. Decent Isk values (but not crazy) and LONG re-speck times would solve most problems...

20. Heavy Pulse vs Focused Medium - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Focused Medium Pulse II's will do around 10 dps per gun more then HP I's, and have better tracking. HPII's are around 6 dps better on top of that (per gun), with Modulated HP's still around 4 DPS worse then your FMP II's.
