you could improve the eagle by increasing it's hybrid damage bonus per lvl it's designed as a sniper ship so give it the devastating damage it should have.

The eagle is a sniper fited it as such. Imho train up hac skill too 5 and you've doubled a 250mm II's range add tungsten or iridium ammo and holy mother of jesus you have yourself 1 very long range boat.

Blob it's now "battleships for teh win" a situation we were trying too avoid over a year ago by introducing tracking. But a number of nerfs have made pvp in a frigate against an opponent very hard if not impossible excepting other frigates.
