An easy way to find agents is to click "info" on the NPC corporations. The far right tab is agent info, and lists all of that corporations agents. From there, you can find what system/station all their level 1 agents are at. I believe most of them...

The blueprints do show correct ammounts. It assumes you have PE Lvl 5. You are expecting too much from a piece of paper.

are you using those 10 research slots for you corp? The most you could possibly use yourself is 5, and that's with the lab skill at 5. The skill isn't on the market, and I think you can only get it if you create your char that way. 10 is rediculou...
