i prefeer the incursus over the tristen. mainly becuse of the incursus speed. when fitting it i ususally go for an all out do or die setup. 3 ions MWD, webber, warp scrambler 2 Istabs or damage mods if you can fit them.

so what your suggesting is some kind of riggable ship basicly a clean slate im assuming thses will be cheap to start with as we dont know how rig prices will be like . however these riggable ships sounds to be a fairly sound idea i would say ...
