Well boosted or not we really need rigs with 50 calibration points (dont remember to see them ), with rigs requiring 100/75 points is impossible to fit to fullfill the 200 points in tec1 ships in 3 slots

I know that now the gleam crystals have benn nerfed in damage and the worst in range... you now have a penalty of 75% vs the old 50%... a nerf of 50% !!!!! A bit drastic I might say
