Its a lvl 4. I have no problem doing lvl 4 missions but the lack of info about this one plus the agents warning about needing backup have me hesitant to accept it.

LOL!! Even Precision cruise exp velocity got nerfed (71 m/sec base)..they won't hit a BS for full damage.

Was this an intended effect?? My Torp explosion velocity is now about 99 m/sec. Cruise exp velocity was about the same.The NPC rat BS's were traveling at about 135 m/sec. Does this make sense??..huge BS's outrunning the actual explosions? LOL..eve...
