As I mentioned before with the current Sisi stats the explosion velocity of citadel torps is reduced to 12m/s. Just think about this number. 12m/s. Thats 43.2km/h - I can speedtank this with my bicycle. Remember E.T.?

I've just realized that I don't have enough standing for none of the six agents. But at least you can grind the standing in highsec to access one of the empire agents.

I had the same problem with the empty mission description window. I clicked inside the window and scrolled using the scrollwheel of my mouse and suddenly all the text appeared correctly. Next time I had that problem I did the same thing and again ...
