I got a question. What is it that makes EVE non-mainstream to begin with? This thread has mainly focused on complexity in EVE vs. WoW being popular because it's simple. But, is it really... no pun intended... that simple?

In which way has EVE been simplified to lure in the WoW crowd? Frankly, EVE seems a lot more complex to me now than it was a launch. Half of what we have now, was simply not there back then. Moon mining, POSes, Invention and the whole T2 thing etc...
