3. Will it ever be worth having Caldari trained for pvp? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Evey race has ships with unique advantages. Those who feel Caldari are terrible often are trying to put a square peg in a round hole. You can't fly a ship with different bonuses than its counterpart in another race as if it were identical, that's ...

7. Please explain why this Rokh wouldn't work good for missions - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
The tank is poorly setup. Someone else can suggest a new shield setup but the CPR's are a poor choice, as is the 2nd SBA and wtf regen plating? Also, use mission-specific hardeners for the dmg type the rats will deal. Don't bring 2x invul. What if...

8. SOLO Zealot? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Do not attempt this. It always ends badly. Pilgrim, Curse, Sacrilege, Harbinger. Use one of those for solo work. Even the arbitrator is better in many ways (avoid missile / drone boats) and won't waste your isk.

9. PvP Ishtar: nano or not? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Haalanii on 28/01/2009 11:29:43 You will want to tank it. Lots of options in the mids/highs but the lows should have a dual mar or single mar + plate. Dual MAR wins for solo or small gang. I would only plate it in a large fleet. H...

10. Remote Armor Repairer - time for a nerf? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
RR doesn't need a nerf. More tactics in this game = good. This game already lacks diversity. With the nerfs to speed and a nerf to RR gangs skill would play a very small role in fleet combat. It would just be primary calling and DPS-racing. Bigg...

14. The Tournament And Ishtar Fleets - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Drones are balanced by both the fact you micro-manage them and they are targetable, unlike turrets or launchers. I don't think you could really nerf the Ishtar's bandwith as it costs more than a dominix and it would just be a more agile but vast...

16. The Tournament And Ishtar Fleets - in Ships and Modules [original thread]

Damage control. You get an unlocky volley or bump off a roid and you could die even with t2 resists. Ishtar buffer is very, very thin.
