Yeah you need to b-line for their last known location. Two ways to make them uncloak are to hit them with a smartbomb, or get a ship, drone, whatever within 2km of them and they will reappear. --------------------------------------------

Yeah I filed it under "other" and selected reimbursement. Only thing is that takes you to the "ask a question" website and it takes days for them to get back to you guess I'll just wait and see. No way though that can be working as intended. ---...
