A well fit well skilled Moa can surprise people... but it's a foregone conclusion when up against a well fit well skilled first class cruiser (such as a Vexor, or Thorax, or Rupture, etc). So yeah, it's "that bad", but it's also not *that* bad.

I'd change it by swapping 2 overdrives for 2 nanos and maybe trading the lse for an invuln and upgrading to 220s for starters. I also wouldn't want to engage a harby in a vagacane.
