Vast majority of people who use named mods use them for NPCing, not PVP. Unless you feel like you can spend that kind of money and afford to lose it, I would never put expensive faction mods on a PVP ship.

My npc setup was: 5x dual 250s, 1x regular 250 5 cap recharger 2s 2 t2 LARs, 3 hardeners, 2 CPRs I could run both LARs and all my guns constantly.

I can field 8 drones (drone interfacing 3). Thanks for the advice. I'll keep in mind that its important to get HAC skill up to rank 4 in addition to gunnery.
