Gafton, Your method leads to errors in calculation. According to your method at Ref Eff 3 Bist would produce 154 Mega (127*1.22), when in fact it produces 157 Mega. Same error with Veldspar and Trit, your method 915 Trit, when in fact it is 923 ...

Have been doing some further caluclations today and the waste thing seems to be a ruse. It is really a bonus to production and not a reduction in waste. Funguy's analysis of how the skill bonuses are added/multiplied does appear to be 100% correc...
