Also you better off mixing in with Inertia Stabilizers since you get enormous reduction in mass (I think mass went from 105 to 70 with 2 interia stabs on a Domi and to around 65 on a phoon). You'll get much higher MWD speeds, better acceleration...

There is actually alot of stuff on Sisi NOW that are not in the patch notes; HAC changes (Deimos, Munin), skill requirement changes for Command ships, changes in some modules (like interia stabilizers), boosts to plates and hp extenders, etc, etc....
