Problem is that t3 bs's are ok, but none of the t3 bs's is exactly any good for mission running, except perhaps the abaddon. And even then, Raven beats the abadodn in any non-sansha/bood mission. So the large chunk of the PvE market tends to avoid...

Eve China is failing due to the maximum 2 hour game time per day. Eve China kicks you out after 2 hours so most of the end game is useless. Even tricking the oponnant with alts to get them to waste 2 hours on their mains has become a valid tactic....
