lo, gall pilot here (rax) , I like killing caracals. they go down very very fast ... I would say very bad ship for soloing if u ask me, dont even think going into low sec but again I'am gall what do I know regards, Os

lo, using megathron for lvl4's and drones are the only wepon for those lil bugers. I use t2 small and t2 meds , both do job fine the best result I have with valkeries and can highly recommend them. t2 small and meds are easy to get, train them...

lo, just for the record I lost ishtar on lvl4 ..had him about 2days,lol tho lvl3 on hac skill DI was lvl4 than, no drone mods ...was scrambled and webed ... very very painfull lost at that time. only advice I can give u actualy is to fit 3x cap ...
