I use an Exequor with expanders I can get almost 3 k hold. You will only get 4 harvesters on it but it does the job pretty well.

Its a known issue. It started a couple of patches ago. You have to refocus the drones after they disengage. Its been posted in issues for weeks but there has been no response from CCP. i.e. They are ignoring it.

Thanks for the feed back. I rarely use the cap booster but when I need it, I need it very badly. I think I will keep it. A cap battery or cap recharger really does not help when life gets interesting.

The last time I had ACPI problems I was able to download a ACPI management tool from the hardware manufacturer. You could disable most ACPI functionality with the tool. Hope this helps.
