You are correct, it's not a profession site. Next time I'll procede more slowly. This is the one I think you start shooting the blood chapel after killing off all the spawns, but do not destroy it. A new spawn will occur and you destroy these then...

When NPC Convoy hunting, Concord standings remain untouched, while faction standings for that particular faction whose convoys you are killing will drop. You'll need to cease operations against that faction if you wish to use their stations. Or us...
