download the latest client from the website and install that, your cd based app is looking for the old server not the new one. Hence the reason its offline :) Make sure you uninstall the old game before installing the new.

CCP wont reimburse you because it has nothing to do on there end, The escrow shows wich station/system that it is it. You can easily search and find out if its a player owned station. On top of that, mabye if you ask nicely, they will let you dock...
